Did Love really win at the US Supreme Court today?

Our world does not understand LOVE and the courts cannot define it. Apart from the Cross of Jesus there is no definition. Before we declare Love Wins maybe we should use the Biblical definition of what Love is:

"4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." 
8 Love never fails."

The reason Christians take a stand in opposition to same sex marriage is two fold:

1. Design is sacred to God." He created them male and female and blessed them" (Gen. 5:2)
2. Love: by the definition above, God seeks the highest and best for our lives. Sometimes the highest form of love is to not be together and that is something outside of a personal relationship with God through Jesus that cannot be understood. 

Christians do not stand to oppose, hate or otherwise discriminate against those who identify as gay or lesbian. The opposition is to defining marriage outside of Sacred design and Agape Love. 

Truth is never damaged or reshaped by cultural decisions, popular thought or legal rulings.
